Gregory Hetson, born June 29,1961, is a guitarist for two veteran punk rock bands. One being ofcourse Bad Religion, and the Circle Jerks. He is originally from New York and has lived in L.A. ever since he was 2 years old. His first collaboration to Bad Religion was in the album "How could Hell be any worse?" (1982), where he played the solo for the song "Part III". He became a formal member of the band in the very unpopular album (at the time) "Into the Unknown", in which they adapted to a more psychedelic sound, this was not very well-taken by the Bad Religion fans. He claims Bad Religion to be his full time dedication, but he rejoined the Circle Jerks in 1995 and has been playing with both bands ever since. |
