| As a member of the National Honor Society, you are eligible to receive a cord for graduation if all requirements are met. All members in good standing are eligible, including students inducted in their senior year that have met basic obligations and have complied with any probationary sanctions. Honor Cords are paid for by the individual member. | ||||

| Honor Mantles | ||||
| Honor mantles are awarded for distinguished community service within the chapter. Members of the National Honor Society that satisfy the necessary requirements, with the exception of students inducted in their senior year, are eligible to receive the blue mantle. | ||||
