  1. Meeting called to order at 3:03 PM


  2. October Project
    1. Elderly People affiliated with the Hispanic Unity of Florida Seniors's Program
    2. Check folders for description and asigned items
    3. Senators will be in charge of recording all items donated in their committee

  3. Dues
    1. $20.00 (2 $10 bills) in 2 envelopes
    2. Due by the October 24th meeting
    3. Senators---please remind your committee about dues!! Or else they will be put on probation

  4. Emails
    1. If anybody (senator, member, etc) did NOT receive an email, PLEASE SEE AN OFFICER in teh NHS office (Room 446) during 4th hour OR email US at cbnhs2006@yahoo.com!!

  5. Senior Application Meeting
    1. Tuesday, September 27th at 7:10am in Room 412 (Pechter)
    2. ONLY FOR SENIORS who believe they are eligible
    3. Senators---please remind your committee about dues!! Or else they will be put on probation

  6. Probation Letter
    1. Was given out to those who missed their tutoring session...BUT PLEASE, DO NOT FREAK OUT
      1. Simply attend 2 tutoring sessions
      2. 1 replaces 1 blue hour
      3. check the website

Thursday, October 20, 2005		  
 
  1. Meeting called to order at 7:15 AM


  2. November Project - Turkey Baskets
    1. A flyer will be given out at the Gen. Mtg. explaining the details of the project.
    2. 3 blue hours for each basket
    3. Extra effort, Extra blue hours

  3. Dues
    1. PLEASE remind your committee to bring in their dues A.S.A.P.
    2. Probation letters will be sent out at the meeting
    3. Way to get off probation: turn in dues!

  4. Tutoring
    1. Be aware of your tutoring date

    1. If Hurricane Wilma hits us on Monday and there is no school, there will be a rescheduled date.
