  1. Application signed within 3 days from the date application prepared.
  2. No Blank spaces
  3. Rate lock must match with the 1003
  4. Fee sheet
  5. Invoice for appraisal report (amount must match the fee sheet and HUD-1)
  6. Disclose earned income which includes: yield spread, origination (1% max),
    discount points, broker's point, loan processing fee, loan application fee,
    and any third party fees. The maximum broker check is 5% of the loan amount.
  7. No surprised fees to customers at closing. Must collect only what is on the GFE for NLC.
  8. Complete the Final Loan Closing Audit and sign by the responsible party (loan processor, loan officer and branch manager)
