Loan Audit
- Application signed within 3 days from the date application
prepared.
- No Blank spaces
- Rate lock must match with the 1003
- Fee sheet
- Invoice for appraisal report (amount must match the fee
sheet and HUD-1)
- Disclose earned income which includes: yield spread,
origination (1% max),
discount points, broker's point, loan processing fee, loan application
fee,
and any third party fees. The maximum broker check is 5% of the loan
amount.
- No surprised fees to customers at closing. Must collect
only what is on the GFE for NLC.
- Complete the Final Loan Closing Audit and sign by the
responsible party (loan processor, loan officer and branch manager)
