NLC of PA in Philadelphia is a recent addition to the 73
branches of National Lending Corporation.

We offer competitive pricing for all programs that include fixed
and variable rates. NLC originated, processed and closed almost
100% of the loans submitted to our office. Besides operating
the office as a profit center, we continue our efforts in the
following areas:

1. Provide LOAN OFFICER TRAINING to NLC members and the public.
   Provide BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY to everyone.


2. Develop more successful PROCESSING CENTERS around the country.


3. Produce more BRANCH MANAGERS and build more offices in Pennsylvania.
