Loan Officers needs to develop a way to build the prospect list constantly.

Here are a few suggestions:

  1. Let everyone know what you are doing.

  2. Develop a list of at least 25 names and invite them to the meeting

  3. Follow up with them and work with your up-line for further team building strategy

  4. Advertise through a local newspaper

  5. Send flyers to selected neighborhood

  6. Call all real estate agents/brokers to introduce yourself to them

  7. Attend all meetings and training provided by the branch office
