Prospect
Loan Officers needs to develop a way to build the prospect
list constantly.
Here are a few suggestions:
- Let everyone know what you are doing.
- Develop a list of at least 25 names and invite them to
the meeting
- Follow up with them and work with your up-line for further
team building strategy
- Advertise through a local newspaper
- Send flyers to selected neighborhood
- Call all real estate agents/brokers to introduce yourself
to them
- Attend all meetings and training provided by the branch
